PadGenie turns a few photos of a real room into a practical, doable redesign plan with shoppable products, not just a pretty AI render. It’s live and selling at padgenie.com.

I own the public face of the product: the landing page, sign-in, and the marketing pages, plus the design system and brand guide. I’m also the team’s technical and product sounding board. Claude writes almost all of the code, and I work like any other collaborator on it: my own branches and pull requests against a CI-gated main branch.

Real rooms, doable plans

Most AI room tools do the same thing: photo, style, render. PadGenie starts with what you’re trying to fix, keeps the room’s architecture intact, and ends with a plan you can actually buy and do.

The renders are illustrative. The plan is the product.

From photo to plan

Add a photo, pick a style (or let PadGenie detect one), choose what the space isn’t doing for you, and get a keep/change brief, an illustrative render, and a shoppable product list in three budget tiers.
